biORAKEL
biORAKEL is a platform where undergraduate students can come and get help from experienced students (oracles). Oracles are available to answer general questions from the undergraduate biology courses, and to help out with the different assignments in these courses such as reports, academic writing, sources etc.
Two types of oracles exist: Oracle 1 and Oracle 2. Oracle 1 are primarily those who come to weekly meetings and answer simple questions from the students there. Oracle 2 are available throughout the semester to receive drafts of the students work; they review and comments these drafts and give feedback to these students.
biORAKEL is a student-coordinated project initiated by biology students at the Department of Biological Sciences, UiB who share a common interest for helping their younger peers. Originally started by bioCEED with the support of NOKUT, biORAKEL is now fully hosted by the Department of Biological Sciences.
